The Township of Mullica (Ordinance 18-2025) will be relinquishing jurisdiction for the administration and enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) to the State of New Jersey. As per, N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.3(c)2, effective February 9, 2026, the UCC shall be enforced by the Department of Community Affairs Southern Regional Office (DCA SRO).
