About the Commission
- Consists of five members
- Terms of office: 1 member 1 year, 2 members 2 years and 2 members 3 years
- In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:56A-1, members are appointed by the Mayor
- The Mayor designates one of the members to serve as chairman and presiding officer of the Commission
